More than 60% of India is made up of Young Blood. TheTalks Club's mission is to empower the youth as part of its vision to ‘Curate Super Souls’. This can only happen via the development of a thought sharing ecosystem which nurtures the youth. "TheTalks Club Ambassador" is an innovative program developed as a response to this need, and has been designed to build this robust ecosystem.

"TheTalks Club Ambassador" is a leadership program designed for those who want to build a thought sharing ecosystem around them. The objective of the program is to identify youth and to support them in their journey of becoming a leader. To achieve this objective, developing a cadre of competent and committed leaders and facilitators is of primary importance. Since these carefully-selected individuals act as catalysts in the making of tomorrow's leaders, they are given the title of "TheTalks Club Ambassador".

It has been designed as a career in Leadership Skills which obviously includes communication skill.

Role of Ambassadors

To begin with, the Ambassador would need to have a good understanding of the Youth thought process.

The Ambassadors will have the following primary functions:

​

  1. Understand the need for communication skills amongst the youth

  2. Propagate the idea of TheTalks Club in whichever way possible

  3. Design partnerships with relevant local institutions and organizations to promote the idea of TheTalks Club

  4. Motivating the youth(Acquaintances/Strangers) and encouraging them to participate in TheTalks Club Show by organizing a series of events and activities in the college/institution. This can also be done through one-on-one conversations. The unending list of benefits of participation can always be discussed.

  5. Support TheTalks Club in bringing their initiatives, aimed to support youth, in their college/institution

  6. Provide feedback to TheTalks Club using a technology platform

  1. Independent, self-motivated, mature and responsible high achievers

  2. Excellent communicators during group presentations and one-on-one conversations

  3. Well-networked with contacts and ability to engage with a variety of audiences

  4. Resourceful and capable of showing perseverance in the face of obstacles

  5. Organized and accountable for their deliverables

  6. Professional in their approach to the work at hand

  7. Committed to TheTalks Club's vision and mission​

Tenure

The duration of the program shall be for 12 months, starting from the date you are added to the Ambassadors WhatsApp Group.

Benefits

  7. Awards to the high-performer Ambassadors in the form of the opportunity to host TheTalks Club Show*

    1. They need to inspire 5+ Super Souls(To Speak) for a particular TheTalks Club Show.

    2. Whoever inspires the highest number of Super Souls, will be the Super Host for that particular Show.

    3. To make your contribution count for this challenge, registration of the prospective super speakers should be received by 7 days in advance.[For Example, If TheTalks Club Show is scheduled on Sunday - 24th Nov, 2019, deadline for registration under this challenge will be Sunday - 17th Nov,2019,(11:59 PM)]

    4. Age limit to be a Super Host :16+

  8. Privilege to attend TheTalks Club Show as a Listener while serving the tenure, however, the Ambassador can anytime grab his/her chair as a Super Speaker through regular registration as well.

  9. Annual Achievement Appreciation Certificate to the Ambassadors will be like a cherry on the cake.*

      1. Silver             25-39

      2. Ruby              40-49

      3. Golden          50-59

      4. Diamond        60-69

      5. Platinum         70​+

  10. Let's also mention the moral aspect of this role. Doing good pays back. And doing good without the person(to whom, good has been done) realizing the ripple impact, pays back exponentially. The Ambassadors will purely be the change agents and shall be seeding confidence in other's life. It will certainly pay back to both, without fail.

Condition To retain the ambassadorship

Monthly achievement needed to remain an Ambassador: Inspire 2 Super Souls (who have not spoken yet at TheTalks Club Show). In case, you miss the monthly goal, you have to achieve the shortfall in the immediate next month, failing which, you will be disqualified and have to rejoin the program right from scratch (Filing Fresh Application).
